There are no schools on-post at Sierra Army Depot. Students from active duty military families are automatically eligible to enroll in public school pre-kindergarten programs in the districts where they live. To enroll a child in the Fort Sage school district, parents must supply a valid birth certification and social security number as well as proof of immunizations. There are two elementary schools, one middle school and two high schools available. Home schooling and private schools are also available near Sierra Army Depot.
